We loved our stay at this villa! The beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were a delightful bonus. The kitchen was well equipped, and having beach towels provided was a nice touch. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches nearby and the Marina Rubicon just a short distance away. We felt safe and had everything we needed during our stay.

Beautiful decor, well-equipped villa with prompt communication from the owners. the location was brilliant, with stunning views and close proximity to a supermarket. the villa provided excellent facilities, including a lovely pool and Jacuzzi. the residential area was safe and secure, giving us peace of mind. the host was very helpful, providing easy directions and suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to try.

The villa could benefit from air conditioning in the second bedroom as it got quite hot at night. the WiFi was not the best, and some areas of the villa, such as the pool tiles, could use a bit of maintenance.

As a family of four, Villa Acacia in Yaiza was the perfect base for our holiday. The house was super comfy and had all the amenities we needed. The location was brilliant, being close to the beaches of Papagayo and only 1km away from Marina Rubicon. We enjoyed stunning views from the residential complex and felt safe with CCTV, an alarm, and an electric gate. The host was great, providing easy instructions and quick responses to our questions. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Villa Acacia for its excellent facilities and convenient location.

I absolutely loved the cozy and homely feel of the villa. The decorations were charming and reminded me of a traditional Spanish home. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm ambiance that made me feel right at home. Additionally, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent for senior people like myself. There were grab rails in the bathrooms and the walkways were wide, making it easier for me to navigate around the property.

My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be to have more assistance available. Although the children working there were polite and helpful, it would have been nice to have someone specifically assigned to assist us with our needs and provide any necessary guidance.
